Terms of Service

These terms apply to repair services provided by Quick Appliances Repair ("we") arranged through this website or by phone or WhatsApp.

Quotations

Quotations are free and given after inspection. Any quote is an estimate based on the reported fault; if further faults are found we will contact you for approval before carrying out additional work. No work chargeable to you begins without your approval.

Free inspection

The inspection fee is waived when you proceed with the recommended repair. If you choose not to proceed, a diagnostic fee may apply and will be told to you in advance.

Warranty

Completed repairs are covered for 3 months against recurrence of the same fault, covering parts we supplied and the associated labour. The warranty excludes new or unrelated faults, scale damage from lack of descaling, misuse, accidental damage, and work by others.

Parts

We use genuine or equivalent OEM-grade parts. Replaced faulty parts may be retained or disposed of by us unless you ask for their return at the time of the visit.

Liability

We carry out repairs with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, for machines that prove uneconomical or impossible to repair, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
